Nothing To Say
by Ian

Sometimes I find there's nothing left to say
About the things that happened yesterday.
No way could I have asked her out
Because I sadly fear
Danger would have come to me
If I had gone too near.
Relentless inferiority struck again.
I never know quite how.
Another chance I wasted
Has gone forever now.
